The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is for one base year period and four (4) one (1) year options to establish a contract for Ultrasonic Equipment, Software System Maintenance and Training Services inclusive of annual ultrasonic equipment inspection, on¿call maintenance support, repairs and parts, system software maintenance, annual calibration, ultrasonic auditing test data, parts, employee training, and program certification, including a written procedure for Ultrasonic Testing (UT) specific to Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (hereafter ¿WMATA¿) as per American Society for Non-destructive Testing (ASNT) and International Organization for Standards (ISO) and as outlined in this SOW to ensure continuity and quality of service.
