Renovation Contract Documents may be obtained by placing a deposit, in the amount of $50.00 per set, payable to the CMHA. No more than three (3) sets will be provided on a refundable basis to a bidder. Shipping and handling within Ohio is $45 per set payable to DC Reprographics. NO UPS OR FED-EX NUMBERS WILL BE USED. This charge may be paid by check, credit card or applied to your DC Reprographics account, if applicable. Sets may be ordered by clicking on the Order button above. Contractors may fax (Or EMAIL [email protected]) a copy of the $50.00 deposit check written to the CMHA AND the shipping & handling charge, if paying by check, written to DC Reprographics to 614-297-1300 in order for your set(s) to ship. Original checks are then to be mailed to DC Reprographics at 1254 Courtland Ave. Columbus OH 43201. Any bidder, upon returning the documents in good condition within (14) days following the public opening of the bids, shall be returned the deposit in full.
