The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB or Agency), seeks Proposals from qualified, California licensed general contractors (Proposers or Contractors) to provide Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) services (Services) for the Mountain View Transit Center Grade Separation and Access Project (Project). The Agency, subject to Board of Directors' Approval, intends to award a Contract to the Successful Proposer for approximately a one-(1) year term for the Pre-construction Phase, with approximately a three-(3) year term option for the Construction Phase.
