The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, anticipates releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) in August, 2023 for the subject Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) project. The Agency, subject to Board of Directors' Approval, intends to award a Contract to the Successful Proposer for approximately a one-(1) year term for the Pre-construction Phase, with approximately a four-(4) year term option for the Construction Phase. The Successful Proposer will execute an Agreement for Services, please refer to upcoming solicitation document for details. This solicitation is for a public works project subject to State of California Labor Code and Prevailing Wage Laws when construction services are added to the Contract. One Proposal is requested inclusive of Pre-construction and Construction Phase Services solicited by this RFP. Selection will be on a best value basis, in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the upcoming solicitation. The Agency has a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) preference policy to encourage the participation of small businesses, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), in Contracts.
