The City of Alexandria’s Community Development Department is soliciting bids from Louisiana State licensed Residential Contractors and/or Subcontractors with licensed EPA certified lead based paint abatement and renovation, repair and painting (RRP) Contractors, on behalf of eligible Homeowners, for the purpose of entering into a Home Improvement Contract to repair occupied residential structuresthat may require the abatement of lead based paint hazards.
