The City is seeking professional services from a qualified and experienced Environmental Consultant to assist in the management and execution of current award for Brownfield Assessment Grant and possible award of the Brownfield Clean-up Grant. Services to include conducting meetings that involve the community in the decision-making process, a redevelopment planning study, identification of priority sites, conduct necessary sampling and field reports including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and QAPP’s at priority sites. This would be in addition to any and all Brownfield Clean-Up related work, if the grant is awarded to the City. Additional requested support would include identification of potential funding sources for additional Clean-Up activities including grant management/technical assistance.
