The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will retain an Engineering or Construction Management firm to provide construction management and inspection services on an open-end contract basis for cashless tolling facility construction projects statewide on the Pennsylvania Turnpike system. The cashless tolling facility construction projects to be managed and inspected under this agreement include open road tolling systems located between Mileposts 2 and 286 on I-76.
