The technical data package/drawings are Export Controlled and contractors must be JCP Certified. The technical data package will not be provided at this time.

The contractor must be able to procure or manufacture the items and to package the components into a Kit. The quantity of 300 Kits will be shipped to Stryker National Logistic Center, Sumner, Washington.
