REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS City of Gainesville RFQ 2023-01 Gainesville Civic Center Addition QUALIFICATIONS addressed to the City of Gainesville will be received at Gainesville’s City Secretary’s Office 200 S. Rusk, Gainesville, Texas 76240 by mail or hand delivery by February 9, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. for the purpose of a CMAR contract for the expansion of the Gainesville Civic Center. QUALIFICATIONS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes. The Respondent Questionnaire form must be returned in the sealed envelope with the Completed RFQ Response. The sealed envelope shall be marked “Gainesville Civic Center Addition -Request for Qualifications 2023-01”. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS and contract documents may be examined without charge at the offices of EIKON Consulting Group, LLC 1405 W. Chapman Sanger, Texas 76266. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 P.M., February 1, 2023, at the Gainesville Civic Center office, 311 South Weaver, Gainesville, Texas 76240. Representatives of EIKON will be present to discuss the project. EIKON will distribute to prospective CMARs such Addenda as EIKON considers necessary in response to discussions or inquiries arising at the conference. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Client reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all qualifications. Responses received after the submission date and time will not be considered.
