This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued to provide the selection process for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Fire Station and City Hall in Steamboat Springs, CO. Firms submitting a response to the RFP will be asked at a minimum to state their understanding/experience to the project and offer their methodology for meeting the criteria noted in this RFP as well as complete the Scope & Fee Matrix attached. Interviews will follow the submission of proposals according to the schedule contained in the RFP.
