Contractor shall perform a non-personal service to provide all management, tools, materials, parts, equipment and labor necessary to perform work in accordance with attachment 1- Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall provide proof of applicable licenses and permits upon request by the government for Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station In Accordance with Attachment 1-PWS.

All offerors shall submit quotes in accordance with the Request for Quote (RFQ), PWS, Contractor Submittal Form and SCA Wage Determination.
