The Department of Transportation will retain an engineering firm for an Open-End Agreement to provide as needed construction management support services under the direction of Department personnel. This agreement is primarily for Dauphin and Lebanon Counties but may be used throughout all the counties in Engineering District 8-0. The duties will include, but not be limited to, the review of value engineering submissions, falsework drawing reviews, schedule review and analysis, constructability reviews, and claim avoidance evaluations. The agreement will be for a period of 5 years with a maximum cost of $1,500,000.00. The construction management support staff will consist of 1 Project Engineer/Manager (as needed on a limited basis), 1 Construction Engineer/Manager, 1 Technician, and 1 Scheduler.
