The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide Construction Management support services with up to three (3) construction management staff on an “as needed” basis, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge. The duties will include, but not be limited to, the review of value engineering submissions, falsework drawing reviews, CPM review and analysis, constructability reviews, and claim avoidance evaluations. ECMS 87778, SR 376 A72 - Churchill to Monroeville: The SR 376-A72 Parkway East betterment project includes 2 inches of mill and paving along with replacing the entire median concrete barrier. The structure work includes preservation and rehabilitation on 8 mainline structures, 2 overhead structures, 1 ramp structure, a 4 span superstructure replacement, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for state route 376 section A72 in Allegheny County within Churchill Borough, Wilkins Township, and Monroeville Borough from the Churchill Interchange at segment 0800 offset 0000 to the Monroeville Interchange at segment 0845 offset 0000.
