The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide Construction Management support services with up to four (4) construction management staff on an “as needed” basis, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge. The duties will include, but not be limited to, the review of value engineering submissions, falsework drawing reviews, CPM review and analysis, constructability reviews, and claim avoidance evaluations. ECMS 105438, SR 376 A62 - Commercial Street Bridge: Replacement of the existing dual span concrete arch along I-376 over Commercial Street with a steel arched delta frame multi-girder structure which will be constructed utilizing Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) Techniques at the Braddock Avenue Interchange in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The project also includes installation of a soldier pile and lagging retaining wall, replacement of a 4 Post 4 Chord Sign Structure, replacement of a Cantilever Sign Structure, and minor approach roadway work.
