NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Clovis is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, abatement and incidentals necessary to furnish all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to reroofing the Clovis Recreation building located at 3495 Clovis Ave, Clovis, CA 93612 according to the City of Clovis’ plans, specifications and contract documents. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy to the City Clerk’s/Administration office located @ 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis CA, before 3:00 p.m., Friday, June 17, 2016. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "City of Clovis Recreation Reroof 2016” A mandatory pre-bid conference and tour of the Recreation facility will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. @ 3495 Clovis Ave, Clovis, CA. Vendors attending will need to access the roof by a vertical roof ladder. Bidder’s responsible authorized representative must be present and sign in.
