The City of Clovis (“City”) invites bids from qualified, competent, knowledgeable, and experience audio, visual, and lighting companies that will provide procurement and installation services of an audio/visual/lighting system in the Main Hall of the new Clovis Senior Activity Center: A Smittcamp Family Legacy, and administer the duties and responsibilities set forth in this bid, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Firms submitting proposals must be prepared to immediately enter into a contract (“Agreement”) for the services and duties as set forth in this document. The work to be accomplished includes procurement of various audio, visual, and lighting components, and installation of those components to include integration, testing, and training on the maintenance and support of the fully functional system. The component lists have been split into three categories for clarity: Audio, Visual, and Lighting.
