The City of Clovis seeks to retain the services of a qualified Architect/Engineer for design and construction administration services for the Landmark Commons campus, which includes the Clovis Regional Library, Clovis Senior Activity Center, and Clovis Transit Center. The proposed buildings are shown on Exhibit 3.3. The proposed project will fully develop one 5.7-acre site with three buildings. Accessory and support spaces are included in the project. The Clovis Transit Center and the Clovis Senior Center will be bid as one construction project. The County of Fresno will bid/construct the Clovis Regional Library as a separate project. The sizes of the structures may be adjusted to meet organizational and community needs during the design process. The Consultant shall retain sub-consultants for the following specialties at his own expense to provide technical assistance necessary in developing components of the work to current day code standards and program requirements. 1. Structural Engineering 2. Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Engineering 3. Electrical Engineering 4. Communications, Security Electronic/Audio Visual, and other Low Voltage Systems 5. Cost Estimating 6. Landscape Design 7. Commissioning Services (mechanical, plumbing, and electrical). The City of Clovis shall retain the following specialty consultants that will take direction from the City Engineer. 1. Geotechnical 2. Site Surveyor 3. Civil Engineering
