This requirement is sole sourced to: Cloud Cap Technology, 2621 Wasco St. Hood River, OR 97031 as the auto pilot software is propietary to Cloud Cap. Any firms believing that they can provide the software service requirements for this system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship.
