Solicitation W91SA-21-Q-3021 will be issued on Wednesday, 9 November 2020 and can be accessed at www.beta.sam.gov.  This requirement is for Clergy Roman Catholic Services at Fort McCoy in Wisconsin.  The performance period is 1 March 2021 (or subsequent date) to 28 February 2022 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.

Solicitation Amendment three (3) - The purpose of amendment three (3) is to extend the Solicitation, Quotes will be due Friday 12 Febuary 2021 by 11:00 Central Standard Time, to make clericial changest to the Solicitation & PWS and update the wage determination. All other solicitation information remains unchanged.

Solicitation Amendment four (4) - The purpose of amendment four (4) is to extend the solicitaion, change the set aside from from small business to unrestricted.  Clauses/Provisions and supplemental information have been updated.  Quotes are due due Friday, 19 Febuary 2021 at 11:00 AM Central Standard Time.

Solicitation Amendment five (5) - The purpose of Amendment five (5) is to change the acquisition to a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ); increase service quantities; modify the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure; update the deliverables and the supplemental information section of the solicitation with additional ID/IQ information; add and remove clauses and provisions; remove child background check requirement; remove wage determinations in accordance with 29 CFR 4.113(a)(2), the Service Contract Act and 29 CFR 541.301 Learned professionals; update the Solicitation  Attachment 1 - Price Schedule - Vendor Copy - IDIQ &  Attachment 4 - Estimate Hours of Commitment; and extend the solicitation period.
