RFP for sale, delivery, and installation of 53 new Cleartouch Interactive Panels, 53 new Cleartouch PC Modules, and for the uninstallation, transport, and reinstallation of 33 Cleartouch Interactive Panels already in use in the district. New Cleartouch Interactive Panels should have at least a 65-inch viewable touch screen interface. New Cleartouch Interactive Panels proposed should also include a blade PC Module able to run Windows 10/11 efficiently, with the minimum specs of an Intel i7, 16 GB of RAM, Wi-Fi capability, Ethernet port, and 128 GB of SSD storage. No operating system required on the blade PC Module. Details about the portion of the RFP for moving existing panels are below. • Delivery of these machines will be to a newly constructed K12 campus located at 70 Red Devil Dr, Hawkinsville, GA 31036. • For the portion of the RFP requesting moving services of existing panels, those will be moved to the new K12 campus at the address listed above from: o Pulaski County Elementary School, 280 Broad St, Hawkinsville, GA 31036 o Pulaski County Middle School, 8 Red Devil Dr, Hawkinsville, GA 31036 o Hawkinsville High School, 24 Red Devil Dr, Hawkinsville, GA 31036 • We have a limited window to have these panels delivered, installed, and moved from the existing buildings. That window is only open from November 1st, 2022, to November 30th, 2022. o The winning bid must guarantee delivery and installation of the new interactive panels, and movement/installation of old panels during this window. • Please follow these guidelines when pricing the proposal.
