The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract under solicitation number H92240-16-Q-2030 Clearshark, LLC, 7030 Dorsey Road STE 102, Hanover, MD 21076-2040. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13 for products and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority cited in FAR 13.106-1(b). The proposed action is for annual maintenance licenses for the LocateXT, Single Use products. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 with a size standard of $27.5mil.

The period of performance is for one (1) year after date of contract with four (4) option years. The anticipated award date is on or around 1 May 2016. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement within two days after date of publication of this notice will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
