The methods of cleaning will include, but not be limited to, water pressure, hot water/steam, air pressure, wiping, deionizer water for cleaning glass or other methods as determined by the authorized representative of the Facilities Services Department and as required per project. These surfaces include, but are not limited to, painted and unpainted metal roofs, other roof types, buildings, portables, canopies, walkways, sidewalks, gymnasium/auditorium/cafeteria ceilings or rafters, tile and grout, and other surfaces. Security cameras must be bagged and protected prior to cleaning of buildings. The Contractor shall provide skilled workmen familiar with and trained to do this type of work and qualified to operate or use any and all equipment and rigging. Most of the work shall be performed during non-school hours or on days when school is not in session unless otherwise requested.
