City of Seaford Clean Up Week 3/27/2020 Bid Addendum Due to the outbreak of COVID-19; changes to the Clean Up Week bid need to be adjusted. Please note all changes and clarifications listed below: No bidder may withdraw their submitted bids for a 90-day period. A proposed date of Clean Up week will be changed to June 8-12, 2020. Dumpsters are required to be on-site by June 5th, 2020. The bid opening date and time remain the same; April 8, 2020 by 2:00 p.m. All other specifications remain the same. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed ATTN: Charles Anderson, City Manager, City of Seaford, P.O. Box 1100, Seaford, DE 19973. The outside of the envelope must be marked “Attn: City Manager, Clean Up Week,” and the bidder’s name shall be shown thereon. All proposals must be made on the bid form provided in the specifications. All proposals must conform to the bid documents.
