The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, transportation, and licenses necessary to perform Vault toilet cleaning at several recreation sites for the Cle Elum Ranger District. The Contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contract will commence on May 17, 2019 through September 27, 2019 or Oct 18th if option item is awarded, for the first year. This will be a one year contract with 4 optional years.

Services are performed at recreational several sites within the Cle Elum Ranger District, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The following sites are as followed:

Cle Elum Valley-10 sites.
Teanaway Valley and Hwy 97-8 sites.
Manastash Area-6 sites.

The desire start of work is May 17th 2019.
