This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for furnishing installation of 24 ft. x 60 ft. (minimum) modular building including an ADA compliant restroom. The intent of this contract is to provide for a complete modular building installation ready for occupany with all heating, air conditioning, plumbing and lighting systems fully operational. This includes 2 doors on the same expterior wall with steps at each door. Modular building installation includes delivery, setup, foundation pads, blocking, anchors and skirting. It is estimated that the modular office building will be needed between 10 and 14 months. Removal of the modular building structore at the end of the lease period shall also be included.
