This Solicitation, No. AG-05G1-S-14-0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. This requirement is an unresitricted setaside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991. Both Simplified Acquisition Prcedures (FAR Part 13) and Acquisition of Commercial Item (FAR Part 12) methods will be used in determining the award of this requirement.

The Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest has a requirement for 22-30 Sani-Cans (18-25 standard and 4- 5 ADA toilet units, to be placed and serviced on the Cle Elum Ranger District.

Delivery and Placement
Except for 2014 Delivery and placement of the sani-cans by June 15th. Due to snow levels in some locations, this date may be delayed at specific locations. The accompanying maps show the approximate locations and quantity of the sani-can. Exact locations will be marked on site or by detailed map by the Contracting Officer prior to placement.

Servicing
The intent of this contract is to service these sani-cans twice a week for approximately 12 weeks. Sani-cans to be serviced once a week on Fridays, (twice a week is preferred and day of cleaning can be negotiated). A service will include pumping the waste, cleaning of the sanican, and restocking toilet paper. If sites cannot be accessed due to snow the length of the contract will be extended until the full amount of the award is used, subject to the availability of fund. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract.

Pick up and Removal
After 12 weeks, or as directed by the Contracting Officer, the contractor will remove the sani-cans from the National Forest. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be sure that all placed sani-cans are removed at the end of the season.
