CLATSKANIE SCHOOL DISTRICT #6JCLATSKANIE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CARDIFF BUILDING SEISMIC REHABILITATION Proposals Due 5:00 PM, August 31, 2023 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The CLATSKANIE SCHOOL DISTRICT #6J ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the CLATSKANIE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CARDIFF BUILDING SEISMIC REHABILITATION Project. Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal and email it to Mark Bergthold at [email protected]. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 PM Local Time on August 31, 2023, after which time no further Proposals will be received. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Clatskanie Elementary School located at 815 S Nehalem St, Clatskanie, OR 97016. Project Scope of Work: The project consists of seismic strengthening in Clatskanie Elementary School Cardiff Building. The complete Request for Proposal may be reviewed and obtained from Brian Knight at [email protected]. The CM/GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
