The purpose of this amendment is to post the second set of Questions/Answers and to post the revised Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 8/27/2014.  The only change from original RFP is as follows:

1.  Contract Line Item (CLINs) on page two and three have been revised to add in optional line items for VAC (Virus anitgen concentrate) for base and option years.

2.  First sentence in last paragraph on page Three is changed to read:  "The NVS seeks a contract to obtain and have contractor maintain on hand up to 1,000,000 doses of finished, ready-to-use Classical Swine Fever Virus Vaccine." to make it clear that contractor will be required to store purchased vaccine during the course of this contract.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged from original solicitation.
