The purpose of this amendment is to:

(1) Revise the closing date to read as follows: Monday, July 17, 2017 at 1:00 PM, EST.
(2) Revise the description stated in each CLIN to read as follows: Development of sequential training in accordance with the identified needs of the government stipulated in the Statement of Work.

All other terms and conditions remains the same.

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is an independent, executive branch Federal Agency established under Section 11232 of the National Revitalization and Self-Government Improvement Act of 1997. The mission of CSOSA is to increase public safety, prevent crime, reduce recidivism, and support the fair administration of justice in close collaboration with the community. CSOSA employees that provide services within specialized Community Supervision Services (CSS) Branches and Community Justice Programs (CJP) Programs work with clients who may have special needs, such as substance use disorders, and co-occurring psychological disorders.
(CSOSA) is soliciting for CJP'S Intellectual Exchanges in accordance with the attached RFQ located in Washington, DC The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, materials, supplies, equipment and services to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract for training sessions entitled, ‘CJP's Intellectual Exchanges" that satisfactorily meet or exceed the requirements contained in Request For Quote (RFQ): CSOSA-17-Q-0034. The NAICS Code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. The period of performance shall be for a Base Period with 1 Option Period. Interest parties shall submit questions no later than 1:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 29, 2017. Quotes are due no later than 1:00 PM EST on Thursday, July 13, 2017. No telephone questions will be accepted.
