The City of Pomona ("City") is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified firms ("Proposers") for professional services to perform the following: Develop a citywide historic context statement. The development of an historic context will be used to provide a foundation for future survey(s) of potential historic resources for the City. This project is part of the 2021 State CLG Grant program. It is vital that the consultant has the necessary resources to complete the project by September 2022.
