CITY OF WOODLAND ENGINEERING & REVIEW SERVICES Submittal Deadline: October 25, 2021 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF WOODLAND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION INFORMATION TO FURNISH PROFESSIONAL ENGI NEERING FOR LAKESHORE AVE PROJECT The City of Woodland is inviting state ments of qualifications (SOQ) and perfor mance information from individuals inter ested in providing engineering, review and inspection services for a grant received for our Lakeshore Drive Pavement and Pedestrian Improvement Project. Engineering to begin in November 2021, project to go out to bid by February 2022 and project to be completed by December 2022. Key tasks for which services sought are to serve as the City's engineer for this STGBP Project. Perform professional services in connection with but not limited to design, bid, pre-con and inspections for the completion of the project. Must be able to provide appropriate documentation as per grant requirements for reimbursement. The existing road is currently varying width of shoulders, grant for 10' sidewalk on one side for about 200' from intersection with Goerig, and in need of surface repair and/or replacement. Additional information regarding this request for Professional Services may be directed to Tracy Coleman, Public Works Director. Qualification and performance statements will be reviewed. Resumes will be accepted, but not required. Please state the knowledge base of the city's infrastructure in the first paragraph of the submittal. The city has no specific submittal format. Limit the RFQ to 20 pages, single sided. Two copies are required of any document submitted. Electronic copies will be accepted.
