Bid Information: The City of West Memphis shall receive bids for the West Memphis Utility Commission on August 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the West Memphis Utility Commission (conference room), 604 E Cooper Ave., West Memphis, AR at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids submitted after that time will not be accepted. Pre-Bid Information: MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting for all General Contractors will be held on August 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the West Memphis Utility Commission, 604 E Cooper Ave., West Memphis, AR Hard copies of plans and specifications are available for purchase at contractor’s expense, or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
