The City of Pasco, Washington (City) Department of Public Works – Engineering is requesting Proposals from qualified Firms to provide On-Call Materials Testing services for projects pertaining to their current Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) in addition to supplementary projects that originate during the calendar years of 2020-2022, including the potential for federally funded projects. It is anticipated that two (2) Firms will be selected for this RFP. The selected Firm(s) shall be responsible for performing all tasks necessary to complete the work, including testing, inspecting, and documentation of materials according to proper applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
