The installation of a new, Class “A” Cool Roof Rating Counsel (CRRC) compliant and Energy Star Rated White, Mechanically attached TPO Single Ply Roof System per manufacturer requirements, and as shown/described on the Plans, Standard Plans, and specified in these Special Provisions. The Contractor shall take care to ensure safe, uninterrupted pedestrian and vehicle access to the subject facility for the duration of the work. The roofs at the Murrieta COMMUNITY CENTER total approximately 7, 600 square feet in size.
