Project consists of: Cat House Café – Replace existing walk-in cooler/freezer unit with new walk-in cooler/freezer. The new walk-in cooler/freezer will include replacing existing cooler/freezer container box, refrigeration evaporators/condensers, ancillary electrical and appurtenances, as necessary. New unit shall provide walk-in access to a refrigerated cooler box and freezer box for food storage. Culinary – Replace existing walk-in cooler/freezer unit with new walk-in cooler/freezer. The new walk-in cooler/freezer will include replacing existing cooler/freezer container box, refrigeration evaporators/condensers, ancillary electrical and appurtenances, as necessary. New unit shall provide walk-in access to a refrigerated cooler box and freezer box for food storage. Incinerator – Replace existing animal incinerator with a new incinerator unit on existing concrete foundation. The new incinerator will include replacing existing ancillary electrical, NG piping and appurtenances, as necessary. New unit shall provide pathological waste incineration at a burn rate of 250 lbs/hr.
