The City of Long Beach (City) has adopted the Willows Springs Park Master Plan (Master Plan) to guide future restoration and development within a 48 acre City-owned property. The City is now in the process of developing more detailed landscape designs to make the Master Plan more construction-ready as funding becomes available. The City would like to utilize the services of a qualified Project Biologist to coordinate with the City’s Project Design Team and develop a Habitat Creation Plan to further inform and enable the wetlands creation and upland revegetation aspects of the Project. The Project Biologist should be able to demonstrate experience in oversight of successful habitat and wetlands creation projects in Southern California.
