The Project consists of the construction of an ultraviolet disinfection system and pole barn to house the system, installation of new piping, valves and appurtenances, electrical and process control system improvements, and site work, at the City of Hornell Water Pollution Control Plant at 69 Park Drive, Hornell, NY 14843, as noted in the Bidding Documents dated January 2022. Bids will be received for Contract 1: General Construction or Contract 2: Electrical Construction. As indicated in the Bid Form, the Base Bids and Alternate Bid Items shall be on a stipulated sum basis and the Conditional Bid Items shall be bid on a unit price basis.
