O. Box 38809, Germantown, TN 38183-0809 or, if using express mail (Fed Ex, Priority Mail, etc), address to 1930 S. Germantown Rd., Germantown, TN 38138. Please place in a sealed envelope inside the express mail packaging. (Bid must be received by the City prior to the time indicated below.)
