The City of Cumming (Owner) is accepting Bids for the construction of the City of Cumming - 2022 PWPF Improvements - Phase 1 project. BIDS will be accepted until 11:30 a.m. local time on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Cumming City Hall, Utility Department Front Desk located at 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040, then publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes the relocation of an 8" gravity sewer and a 48" storm sewer system, as well as the installation of new fencing, high service pump controllers, valves, and other work, as well as the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to complete the work. All BID DOCUMENTS may be downloaded at https://cecincga.com under the ‘Bid Information’ tab. Upon payment of $150.00 (non-refundable), the Contractor shall be placed on the Plan Holders list and be eligible to bid the project. Hard copies of the Contract Documents will not be available. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.at the Cumming PWPF, 935 Dahlonega Highway, Cumming, Georgia 30040. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
