Sealed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be received until the hour of 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, January 25, 2024, at City Hall, Covington, Louisiana, 317 N. Jefferson Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 and online at www.centralbidding.com; for performing all work necessary to complete Debris Monitoring services for the City of Covington, Louisiana. Proposals will be opened and only respondents who have submitted an RFP response shall be identified aloud after 2:00 P.M. in the City Hall Conference Room, Covington, Louisiana. Prices shall not be read. Any proposals received after 2:00 P.M. will be returned unopened. Proposers shall be judged on multiple criteria, not primarily on price. Minority, women-owned, and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
