The City of Coffeyville, Kansas, is accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of certain structures located within the City. The proposed work will be on property previously condemned by the City of Coffeyville or on property that has been through the Blight process. Sealed bids should be submitted to City Clerk, City of Coffeyville, 102 W. 7th Street, P.O. Box 1629, Coffeyville, KS 67337. Bids are due in the City Clerk’s office by 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021, and will be opened at that time in the Commission Room at City Hall. Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope and labeled “Demo Bid.” The City of Coffeyville reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or portions thereof. Link to Invitation to Bid
