Notice is hereby given that the City of Clovis is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide complete contract Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services at specified City of Clovis facilities for the period of July 18, 2016 through July 17, 2019 per the City of Clovisâ specifications and proposal documents. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy to the City Clerkâs/Administration office located @ 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis CA, before 3:00 p.m., Friday, June 10, 2016. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "City of Clovis HVAC Maintenance Services 2016â A mandatory pre-proposal conference and tour of affected City facilities will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. in the Clovis City Hall, Yosemite Conference Room, located at 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, CA. All inquiries regarding information contained in the Request for Proposals or the selection process shall be submitted electronically to the âCityâs Planet Bidsâ Vendor Portalâ on the Cityâs website at the link noted above.
