The City of Clovis is looking to add additional office space within an existing building. Scope of work includes but not limited to: abatement of walls for new door openings, remove and infill existing door openings, build two new walls for private offices, adjust lighting, demo and install new floor outlet, HVAC modification to accommodate new office spaces, flooring repair, drywall repairs, new bathroom finishes and paint.
