The City of Clovis is looking to add additional office space within an existing building. Scope of work includes but not limited to: abatement of walls for new door openings, remove and infill existing door openings, build two new walls for private offices, adjust lighting and HVAC to accommodate new office spaces, flooring repair, drywall and paint. All construction work will need to be scheduled for either night or weekend work.
