The City of Becker, Minnesota is seeking qualified, professional planning services to participate in a complete rewrite of the City’s zoning (Chapter 11) and subdivision (Chapter 12) regulations. The City intends to partner with a qualified consultant, or team of consultants, to join with City Staff in conducting a public process to develop new land use, development, subdivision, and zoning regulations for the City of Becker. Submittals must be sent to City of Becker, Community Development Director Jacob Sanders, at PO Box 250, Becker, MN 55308 by 4:30 PM on February 10th, 2023. Proposals must be placed in an envelope, box, or similar container securely sealed therein and labeled: “Proposal to Rewrite the City of Becker’s Zoning / Subdivision Code”.
