City of Bartlett, TN will be soliciting bids for the renovation and upgrading of 4 existing wastewater pumping stations with the following names and street addresses: Billy Maher, 5965 Old Brownsville Road; Raner Creek, 5258 Shelter Run Lane; Shadowlawn, 7805 Old Brownsville Road; Brunswick Valley, 8860 Old Brownsville Road. The work for WW-PDC- 1/Pump Stations (4), Contract A will include, but not be limited to: demolition of existing pumping equipment, excavation, bypass sewage pumping, demolition, wet well modification, wet well wall coating, new valve vault; new submersible pumps and installation, pipework, standby generators, site work, and electrical and control work. Bid Information: Separate sealed bids for Project Name will be received by Honorable David Parsons, Mayor, at Bartlett City Hall 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN, 38134 until 2:00 p.m. C.D.T., October 31, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
