The City of Downey invites interested vendors in partnering on a mobile (iOS iPhone and Android-compatible) application. The City would like to implement a mobile/smartphone application with cloud-based CRM, a public-facing web portal and an internal-facing administrative dashboard, to enable and increase civic engagement by the community. The mobile app will allow residents to report issues to City departments, check status of their requests, access frequently asked questions and connect to our digital platforms.
