The City of Prairie du Chien is requesting proposals from qualified assessment firms (hereafter referred to as “Assessor”) to provide assessment services for the City of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin (hereafter referred to as “City”) for assessment years 2023, 2024, and 2025, beginning no later than January 1, 2023. The assessment firm must be able to provide one qualified individual to act in the capacity of Statutory Assessor for the City of Prairie du Chien.
