Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit specific items manufactured by only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). A firm fixed priced contract will be awarded for the procurement of Switch Catalyst 3850-24TS , quantity of nine ( 9) each; ASA 5516-X with FirePOWER Services, quantity of five ( 5) each, with ASA with FirePOWER Services IPS, Apps and AM, quantity of five ( 5) each, and FireSIGHT Management Center Virtual Appliance - License, quantity of one ( 1) lot,(quantity of 5) and Small Business SG300-20 20-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch ,quantity of four (4) each, all manufactured by CISCO. Due to Security and Warranty Requirements, no "Gray Market" vendors are to be used. Item must be acquired from an authorized reseller. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9.

Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation.
