Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is soliciting quotes to replace Cisco VCS Control and VCS Expressway products with new Expressway-C and Expressway-E appliances, migration of VCS traversal license to Expressway RMS license, migration of registered VCS devices to Expressway endpoint license, and two additional endpoint registrations. Responding firms must be a licensed Cisco reseller and be able to support the Expressway C and Expressway E equipment. Written quotes must be submitting on the forms provided in this RFQ. Written quotes shall be submitted (by Email), signed, and endorsed “Request for Quote: Project “C2020-23-Q Cisco Expressway Replacement” to Ms. Heidi Frist, Senior Purchasing Agent, Email: [email protected]. Written quotes will be received until Friday, November 1, 2019, no later than 11:00 a.m. EST. It is the responsibility of each firm to ensure that their Quote is delivered prior to the scheduled due date and time.
